Incorportated used libraries into lib/ directory, for standardization.
Also moved a couple files around, and updated windows installer script.
Updated the project until it cleanly compiled and ran in Linux environment on jre 1.5.
Note that using this revision requires one to change swt jar file to lib/win32-swt.jar if using windows. I hope to make this dynamic, otherwise the .classpath file will be updated unnecessarily.
Javadoc ant file modified to point to /javadoc instead of /doc. /doc is reserved for LaTeX documentation write-up. /javadoc should not be incorporated into the repository, but generated after checkout.
TableCache.java still requires much work; this was not really edited for any other purpose than to comment out erroneous code so that it will compile.
